SAKAKI TOMOE (榊 智愛; mt. penglai/mt. hörai, 26 december ????) is the princess of fairyland, next ruler over the seasons and nature. she was cursed after being born resulting in her soul being corrupted bringing negaive thoughts and mood swings not natural to those born on mt. hörai. she decided to run away and live in the mortal realm as a way to protect her people from herself but also to learn how to deal with both evil and good inside of her.

early life

on an island at the eastern end of bohai sea the penglai palace is located within the godly mount penglai, also known as mount hödai. in this mythical place where immortal beings find their home, a little princess was born and her name is tomoe.she was said to be a dainty and charming baby who brought warmth and joy even during winter and the whole island celebrated and welcomed her. apparently not all were happy with her birth as the fairy leader of another immortal island decided to send some subordinates to curse the younger fae.

the curse

it is said that the people of mt. hōrai are small fairies who they have no knowledge of great evil, and therefore their hearts never grow old. with this in mind the enemies decided to insert evil within the princess corrupting her soul in attempt to turn her into a mortal.

human realm

in fear of cousing harm to the other residents of the island and also in search of knowledge on how to manage both the evil and good within her soul, tomoe decided to go to the mortal realm.this realm known to be inhabited with beings possessing both good and evil within them from the moment of their first breath until their last seem to be the perfect place to learn. however, after arriving tomoe noticed the evil appears to reign stronger within those she wanted to learn from. afraid of shortening her chances she didn't know what to do and almost decided to turn a blind eye and go back to her home just to realize this was not the best decision.instead she decided to stay and help the bigger number possible of humans to maintain their heart and soul good.not long after comig to this conclusion tomoe got to meet and know humans whose souls weren't so corrupted and who brought light and happiness to her life. they became her primary source of hope and joy.
